Warranty

P&L Custom Cues warrants that all cues and shafts are free from defect at the time of shipping. Any defects in the product must be reported as soon as possible and will be honored up to six (6) months from the ship date. P&L will only honor a warranty if the product is determined to be defected in craftsmanship. Any accidental damages, negligent damage or alterations by the buyer will not be honored under the warranty and all costs will be paid for by the buyer/owner.
